File Structure
The file structure should be a matter for each
department to decide, but please remember that it should
be logical and intuitive to anyone browsing or searching
for files. For example the Maths department have divided
the work into year group and topic. We suggest that
this system be adopted. However if your subject lends
itself to another method then that is also as valid,
the important thing to keep in mind is to produce a
logical and intuitive file structure.
