Space Centre, Leicester
Students from Year 7 looked at 'life, the universe and everything' on a trip to the National Space Centre. The whole year group visited the tourist attraction in Leicester on three consecutive days and got a chance to view the exhibition of space rockets, satellites and space capsules. The students participated in an audience response game show testing their knowledge of the planets, with the highlight of the day being to take part in an adventure mission, to help a crew who had been working on Mars and to send probes to the two Martian Moons.
Teacher, Mrs Annable said: 'The trip to the Space Centre is an annual and popular trip and the students really made the most of the interactive exhibits and displays.'
