The new interactive forms.

There's a new range of College forms available now on the website regarding finance, student care and College publications/adverts. To access the forms just go to the Reference section on the website index and select Staff Reference. The forms are available in the Docs and Graphics folder. You will need to log in using your user name and password.

The forms include a fax message, seven finance forms, four relating to students and three about publications/adverts, Period One templates and software development. One major advantage is that these forms can be downloaded and the information typed onto them. Open the forms with Acrobat reader. Select the T-type tool and fill in the relevant fields. A great advantage is that the finance ones automatically calculate the VAT/totals. When completed the forms can be printed off and passed to the relevant department.

Can you please pass the final three forms (advert, publication and software development requests) to the @tain office in top brown. We can supply examples of wording for previous adverts if that helps.
