Annual meeting
An annual meeting is scheduled each year in the lecture theatre to allow all parents to question the governors about the life and work of the College. The date of this will be confirmed in a separate letter to parents no less than two weeks before the event.
The agenda for the Annual meeting will be:

Snapshot Profiles Of Some Of Our Governors
Peter Hedges – Chair of Governors
Peter has been a Governor and Member of the Trustees for six years and was co-opted by the Weston family. A qualified food technologist, he has worked for Associated British Foods in various capacities for the past 18 years and is currently a Director on the Cereform division's board specialising in bakery ingredients. He is married with two children (aged 15 and 13) one of whom attends Brooke Weston.
Paul Newton – Parent Governor
Paul worked in manufacturing for 25 years, as a qualified engineer and accountant. He now works in the finance section of Northamptonshire Police. Paul is married with one child who attends Brooke Weston. Over the years he has been involved in school fund raising and the Scouting movement. Currently he is an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader at the 17th St Andrews Scout Group in Kettering.
David Frost – Co-opted Governor
David is both a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is currently employed by a major multi-national company at Northampton as Head of Human Resources. He is married with two children and lives in Brigstock. David is Vice Chair of the PFA at his daughter's school and he enjoys playing tennis with his family at Oundle Tennis Club. He mentored several sixth form students at Brooke Weston before joining the Governing Body in 2004.
